That marriage ceremony may be a bit difficult, as he will be in prison for 20 yrs. But...never mind the little things, just like getting shot in the groin and being held hostage. Or, maybe, it could be that she has been so severely disfigured down south that she figures he should have to deal with the mess until death do they part. Ahh...to be Whiskey Tango.

As for the crack mayor, he's stealing a page out of the Denis Leary book of drug therapy. As Denis says, "I have the solution to the drug problem in this country. Nobody wants to hear it, but I have it. Not less drugs, more drugs. Get more drugs, and give 'em the right fucking people." This mayor just feels he's found the 'right fucking people.' So, Canadian crackheads, consider yourself lucky. American crackheads, consider yourself deprived and head north.
